Charlie Mertz

Charlie Mertz is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various technology and services sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at OneClick Code since May 2025, Mertz previously held positions including Director of FP&A at Gravitee and Hiya Inc., where contributions centered around budgeting and revenue planning to support SaaS growth. Prior experience includes a Senior Finance Manager role at Twilio Inc.'s SendGrid, where Mertz played a key role in the company's valuation increase through IPO and subsequent acquisition. Additional experience encompasses financial operations at Seagate Technology and Greenstar Recycling, along with foundational work at KPMG as a Senior Associate. Mertz holds both a Master's in Finance and a B.A. in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
