Rinsy Backer currently serves as the Head of People at ZET, previously OneCode, focusing on fintech solutions for the untapped market in Bharat. Prior experience includes leading the Talent Acquisition Practice at PharmEasy, a prominent healthcare aggregator in India, and co-founding BixTic, an HR as a Service organization. Rinsy has also held managerial roles in human resources at QikPod and Careernet, overseeing recruitment strategies in e-commerce and technology sectors. Additional experience includes talent acquisition roles at Yahoo and Huawei, alongside various startups, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment and HR functions.
