Janice Bartholomew currently serves as the Head of Change and Business Transformation at Onecom since June 2025. Prior to this role, Janice amassed extensive experience at Vodafone from December 2005 to June 2025, where key positions included CXX Programme Director for Vodafone Business and Senior Manager of Customer Experience Transformation. Janice's responsibilities at Vodafone involved leading a team of Finance Business Partners supporting various executive functions, including the CEO Directorate and HR. Earlier in her career, Janice worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Engagement Reporting Specialist from June 2000 to December 2005. Janice holds a BA HONS in Modern Languages from The University of Manchester and is a Chartered Certified Accountant, having completed ACCA training at BPP Professional Education.
