Phil Kitchener

Phil Kitchener currently serves as the Strategic Acquisitions Director at Onecom since March 2025. Prior to this role, Phil worked as an Account Director at Koris365 from November 2022 to March 2025, focusing on assisting customers with digital transformation, particularly in Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions, while also addressing IT Infrastructure, Cloud Compute, Networking, and Cyber Security needs. Phil's experience includes a tenure as an Account Director at Exponential-e from January 2022 to November 2022, providing solutions in Connectivity, UC, Cloud, and Managed Services. Earlier, from April 2016 to December 2021, Phil held the position of Account Development Manager at Onecom, managing corporate accounts and emphasizing customer retention across various telecom and data services. Phil began a career in November 2007 as a Fireworks Operator at Pains Fireworks Ltd and completed GCSE education at Cams Hill School from January 1996 to January 2001.
