Bing Zhang

Bing Zhang is a Senior Chemical Engineer at OneD Battery Sciences since April 2023, bringing a robust background in process engineering from Lam Research, where significant contributions included 3D NAND dry etch process development from July 2020 to April 2023. Specialized in carbon hard mask opening and pillar punching for NAND, Bing Zhang developed critical dry etch processes, successfully reduced RPT by 33%, and improved yield by over 20%.
