Praneet Rattan is a software engineer who has worked for TripAdvisor, Kinnser Software, and The Advisory Board Company. Praneet is currently a software architect at OneDay.

Praneet began their career as a software engineer at The Advisory Board Company in December 2012. In this role, they worked on various projects and gained experience with different programming languages and software development processes.

In April 2014, Praneet joined Kinnser Software as a lead software engineer. In this role, they led a team of 11 engineers in developing Kinnser Link, a network independent mobile app. Praneet was also responsible for designing and developing the architecture of Kinnser Link, as well as key systems such as client encryption, CI/CD Pipeline, proactive defect tracking and notification. Technologies used in this role included NodeJS, AngularJS, SQL, PowerShell, ColdFusion, and JavaScript.

In August 2018, Praneet left Kinnser Software to join TripAdvisor as a senior software engineer. In this role, they worked on various projects related to the TripAdvisor website and mobile apps. Praneet gained experience with different programming languages and software development processes.

Praneet left TripAdvisor in June 2019 to join OneDay as a software architect. In this role, they are responsible for leading the software engineering team and overseeing the development of OneDay’s products.

Praneet Rattan completed a high school education at Atomic Energy Junior College before going on to study computer engineering at the University of Mumbai. Praneet then completed an M.Sc. in computer science at Texas Tech University.

Praneet Rattan reports to Edmund Danyal, CTO. They work with David Birch - Senior Software Engineer, Richard Mueller - Senior Software Engineer, and Ryan Gray - Director of Product.
