Ada Chong serves as the Head of Customer Care and Policy Administration at OneDegree, a technology company focused on revolutionizing insurance for the next generation in Asia, since February 2019. In this role, Ada oversees the personal lines insurance operation and leads three teams responsible for Customer Care, Policy Administration, and Complaint Handling, directly reporting to the CEO. Prior to this position, Ada held roles including Ecommerce Specialist and Customer Success Associate, where responsibilities encompassed improving customer experiences, training staff, and optimizing online services. Ada started a career in customer service with previous positions at HKT Services Limited and Kintetsu World Express, and has contributed to customer-centric strategies throughout a diverse range of roles within various companies.
