Nio Kao

Nio Kao is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at OneDegree since April 2020, Nio is involved in transforming the InsurTech industry through design and digital innovation. Prior to this role, Nio worked at Circles.Life as a People & Culture Associate, responsible for payroll processes and internal training programs from May 2019 to April 2020. Nio's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at honestbee, first as a Senior Associate in People Operations, managing HR functions and payroll for the Taiwan office, and later as a Shopper Supervisor overseeing the operations and training of over 100 shoppers for the groceries business.
