Rey Hsu

Rey Hsu has a range of experience in project and product management roles. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Geographic Information Technology Co., LTD until 2019. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Product Manager at Digital, Data and Technology Center (DDT) in Cathay Financial Holdings, where they managed a point reward system and led product development using Scrum methodology. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at 瑞傑耐思科技Nextfortune, responsible for the back-end systems of an online Sportsbook service provider. Currently, since 2021, they work at OneDegree as a Senior Project Manager, leading multiple development teams and using agile methodologies to deliver new features for the Insurance Core System.

Rey Hsu earned a Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic and Ocean Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, which was completed from 2010 to 2014. Following that, Rey pursued a Master's degree in the Institute of Ocean Technology and Marine Affairs at National Cheng Kung University from 2014 to 2016. Additional certifications obtained by Rey include Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org, the 890-level TOEIC certification from The TOEIC Program, MTA: Database Fundamentals - Certified 2020 from Microsoft, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, and Google Analytics (Analysis) Individual Qualification from Google, all acquired in various months and years between 2020 and 2021.
