Tawei Shen

Tawei Shen currently serves as the Taiwan Director at OneDegree, overseeing the management of over 70 employees and spearheading market development in cybersecurity, while also focusing on company culture, branding, and talent recruitment and training. Prior to this role, Tawei worked as a Senior Front-end Engineer, contributing to the development of various web applications, including pet insurance and medical insurance platforms, as well as an insurance ERP core system. Tawei's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Software Engineer at Compal, specializing in front-end development for web applications using React.
