Meheriar Hasan

Hasan is a seasoned financial executive with 30 years of experience building direct/digital distribution channels and a track record of generating significant new sources of profits in organizations such as - retail banks, insurance, consumer finance, and technology companies.

Most recently he served as CEO of Terafina, Inc. to provide banks and credit unions with a digital and omnichannel solution to seamlessly integrate customer/member experience across the online, branch, and call center channels. Terafina was acquired by NCR Corporation in February 2021.

He currently serves as a Board Member in - Toyota Financial Savings Bank, Mechanics Bank, and BRAC Bank Limited. In prior roles, he served as a Senior Advisor in McKinsey & Co, EVP of Digital in U.S. Bank, and EVP of the Internet Services Group in Wells Fargo Bank, among various other corporate leadership roles.

Hasan completed his MS in Finance and B.A. in Economics from the University of AZ.
