Josh N. is an experienced professional in the security and low voltage system installation industry, currently serving as Superintendent for Data Center Security at Diversified since October 2025 and as President & Founder of Novian Consulting LLC since November 2023. Prior roles include Enterprise Install Foreman and QA/QC at Everon, where supervision of low voltage technicians was a key responsibility, and Security Systems Superintendent at IES Communications, managing installations for significant projects such as the first U.S. production facility for Red Bull. Josh has held various technical and leadership positions across multiple companies, with extensive experience in supervising installation teams, conducting on-site inspections, ensuring project compliance with safety and quality standards, and facilitating training programs. Josh's career began with the U.S. Army, serving as a Heavy Artillery soldier and infantryman during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
