Shaina Wood

Shaina Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and management. At Diversified, since September 2012, Shaina has served as Chief of Staff and has held several director-level roles focused on process innovation and continuous improvement, implementing LEAN Six Sigma methodologies to drive business transformation across various regions and divisions. Prior to this, Shaina owned and managed a martial arts school from 2006 to 2012, successfully tripling student enrollment and maintaining a high retention rate, while overseeing all operational aspects including marketing, sales, and staff management. Shaina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
