Odessa Matsubara

Odessa Matsubara is currently an advisor at OneEleven Financial Wellness. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Virgin America from November 2012 to January 2017. Before that, they were a consultant for UC Berkeley from October 2011 to December 2012. Odessa also worked as an associate for Morrison & Foerster LLP from January 2010 to September 2011. Her first job out of college was working as a Sr Global Employee Relations Specialist for Colgate Palmolive from July 2002 to June 2006.

Odessa Matsubara's educational career began at University City Senior High School. Odessa then went on to study psychology, anthropology, and industrial labor relations at Cornell University, earning a BA. Finally, they attended New York University School of Law, where they received an MA in industrial labor relations.
