Erin Lynch

Erin Anne Lynch is an experienced geologist and educator with a diverse background in development and geological research. Currently serving as Associate Director of West Development at OneEnergy since January 2023, Erin has previously held multiple roles in the energy sector at Shell, focusing on exploration and development geology across various teams. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in Structural Geology, Tectonics, and Isotope Geochemistry from the University of Michigan, supplemented by teaching experience in geology-related courses and outdoor education. Erin has also taught English in several international contexts and has engaged in environmental education through various outdoor programs. Continuous professional development includes a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability Management and Policy from Penn State World Campus set to be completed in 2026.
