Catherine McCarver currently serves as the COO of OneFifteen and holds the position of Operations Lead in Behavioral Health at Verily since February 2022. Prior to these roles, Catherine McCarver worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from May 2015 to March 2022, undertaking various associate operating officer positions across multiple service lines. Catherine McCarver's career began at Duke University Health System, where roles included Director of Quality and Growth and several positions in the Duke University Hospital's Heart Center. Catherine McCarver holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA/MHA in Business Administration and Health Administration from Pfeiffer University.

OneFifteen is a not-for-profit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people living with addiction. We are a management services organization that partners with Samaritan Behavioral Health, Inc. and RI International to provide addiction treatment. Our services include Crisis Stabilization, (24/7), Inpatient Residential (medically monitored and clinically managed services in a residential setting), Residential (clinically managed services with 24-hour support in a state-of-the-art dorm-style setting with clinical programming), Outpatient counseling (intensive and non-intensive counseling services for individuals, groups, and families). OneFifteen’s Dayton campus, located in the Carillon neighborhood of Dayton and totaling over 4.5 acres, opened in October of 2019 and serves about 2000 individuals each year.
