OneFifteen
Natalie Lester is the Chief Medical Officer at OneFifteen since May 2019. Before that, she served as the Director of Psychiatric Emergency Services at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from August 2012 to May 2019. Prior to her role at OSU, she worked as a Psychiatrist at Lifespan and the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. She completed her residency at Brown University Department of Psychiatry. Natalie earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Healthcare Policy and Management from Harvard University School of Public Health, an MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and a BA in Anthropology and Psychology from Harvard University.

OneFifteen is a not-for-profit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people living with addiction. We are a management services organization that partners with Samaritan Behavioral Health, Inc. and RI International to provide addiction treatment. Our services include Crisis Stabilization, (24/7), Inpatient Residential (medically monitored and clinically managed services in a residential setting), Residential (clinically managed services with 24-hour support in a state-of-the-art dorm-style setting with clinical programming), Outpatient counseling (intensive and non-intensive counseling services for individuals, groups, and families). OneFifteen’s Dayton campus, located in the Carillon neighborhood of Dayton and totaling over 4.5 acres, opened in October of 2019 and serves about 2000 individuals each year.
