Rafael Hernandez

Rafael Hernandez is an accomplished engineering manager and software engineer with extensive experience in developing, deploying, and testing scalable back-end services and front-end web applications. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at ONE since June 2022, Rafael previously held positions at Zillow as a Software Engineer (P3) and at ESPN as a Software Engineer III, among other roles. Rafael's background includes over 19 years of service as an Information Technology Specialist in the United States Army Reserve. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science was obtained from Queens College, where Rafael studied from 2007 to 2013, following completion of a high school diploma at Thomas Edison High School in 2004.
