Sarah Reed Gibbon

Sarah Reed Gibbon is currently the Compliance Governance Lead at ONE, where Sarah oversees exam management, complaints, issues, and training program management. Sarah also implements and maintains GRC and CBT tools and produces compliance reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Sarah previously worked as the Director of Banking Relationships at Even, Director of Operational Risk Management at Aspiration, Director of BSA Compliance at First Tech Federal Credit Union, Sr. Compliance Officer, Sr. Specialist for Internal Audit and Compliance at Wipfli LLP, and Internal Audit Manager and Compliance Officer at Fidelity National Bank. Sarah holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies from Portland Community College, a Certificate in Creative Writing and Publishing from the Independent Publishing Resource Center, and a Certificate in Copyediting from UC San Diego.
