Cara Allen, CDME has a diverse work experience in marketing and project management. Cara is currently working as a Marketing Project Manager at ONEFIRE, Inc., where they develop custom strategies for clients' marketing and sales efforts using digital technology. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Project Manager at Caterpillar Inc. from 2019 to 2021.

From 2014 to 2019, Cara held various roles at Enjoy Peoria (Peoria Area Convention and Visitors Bureau), including VP of Marketing & Operations and Director of Marketing and Communications. Cara was responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, media buys, and public relations.

Before that, they worked at Marquette Group as a Marketing Communications Coordinator and an Interactive Sales Strategy Coordinator, where they researched and coordinated sales proposals and represented the company as a liaison to the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce.

In these roles, they played a strategic role in marketing activities, coordinated events and parties, and managed large public promotions.
