Justin Swedlund

Justin Swedlund has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. Justin started their career at Whole Foods Market as a Team Trainer, where they led department onboarding, developed training materials, and managed sales goals. Justin then moved on to Brimmer & Heeltap as a Brunch Manager, launching a successful brunch program and implementing new marketing techniques to increase sales. Justin also worked as a Team Lead Trainer at the Mayflower Park Hotel, overseeing banquet operations and hosting events for VIP clients. At EcoLibrium Farms, they collaborated with the Assistant Farm Manager in various farm maintenance tasks and ensured compliance with USDA Organic standards. Justin also served as an Operations Manager at Cone & Steiner, where they guided a team in rebuilding the customer base, collaborated on rebranding efforts, and achieved consistent sales growth. Before that, they worked as a B2B Sales Specialist at Too Good To Go, where they launched and mentored the Seattle market and presented process changes and expansion procedures to upper leadership. Currently, Justin is an Office Manager at Oneflow.

Justin Swedlund completed a Certificate in Project Management at the University of Washington from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Sustainability Studies from Seattle Central College, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Justin obtained certifications in "Learning Salesforce" from LinkedIn in February 2021, and "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" from LinkedIn in February 2019.
