In this role, Joanne leads product strategy for identity products, driving significant user conversion and monetization outcomes, while advocating for AI-driven workflows to enhance team efficiency. Previously, Joanne held senior product management roles at TIER Mobility and Morressier, focusing on compliant data products and community-driven features.
