Michelle Kaiser, FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Michelle has worked as an Interim VP in People & Organisation at Solaris SE and as an Interim VP in People at OneFootball. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CLARK. Michelle's most recent long-term role was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at wefox, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing People & Culture strategies across all locations. Michelle also worked as the Global Human Resources Director at HERE Technologies, providing HR expertise and guidance to global business leaders. Prior to their role at HERE Technologies, Michelle worked as an HR Consultant and served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hologic, Inc. Michelle also held positions as a Senior HR Business Partner at Premier Farnell, the Director of Organisational Development at Budgetplaces.com, and the Human Resources Director at Vistaprint. Michelle has extensive experience in driving organizational transformations, managing HR operations, and providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership teams.

Michelle Kaiser, FCIPD, has a B.A. (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University. Michelle also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Hibernia College, with a Certificate in Organisational Analysis & Human Resources. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Employment Law from Dublin Business School and a Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland. Michelle is a Chartered Fellow in Human Resource Management, having obtained their qualification from CIPD.
