Rafael Motta

Rafael M. is an experienced software engineer and leader specializing in frontend and mobile development. Currently serving as the Head of Frontend Engineering at Footprint since April 2022, Rafael previously held key positions as a Founding Engineer focusing on identity and security, and as a Staff Software Engineer at Fast, where Rafael contributed to the core product and improved observability. At Kyte, Rafael progressed from Staff Software Engineer to Technical Lead Manager, overseeing teams of approximately 15 engineers during significant growth phases. Additional experience includes roles at Personio as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, and as a Technical Lead at Pointr and Kincode. Rafael began a career in software engineering with positions at Meritt, Nextt, and HarboR Informática Industrial, following a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UFSC.
