Gramos Lipovica

Gramos Lipovica has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Gramos is currently serving as the Head of the Business Department at OneFor since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ProCredit Bank Albania for a period of four years. Gramos started as the Deputy Branch Manager in April 2019 and quickly progressed to become the Branch Manager from July 2019 to June 2022. During their tenure at ProCredit Bank Albania, they also held the role of Head of the Small Business Department from July 2022 to March 2023. Before joining ProCredit Bank Albania, Gramos worked at ProCredit Bank Kosova for six years. Gramos served as a Medium Business Client Adviser from September 2017 to March 2019 and as a Small Business Client Adviser from March 2012 to August 2017. Gramos also participated in the bank's Young Bankers Program from September 2011 to February 2012.

Gramos Lipovica attended the State University of Tetova from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In 2018, they also briefly attended ProCredit Academy, where they studied Banking & Humanities.
