Kaltrinë Matoshi

Kaltrinë Matoshi has a diverse work experience in the banking and fintech industry. Kaltrinë started their career as an intern at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo in 2013. Kaltrinë then joined ProCredit Bank Kosovo in 2014, where they held various roles including Client Advisor, Business Client Advisor, and Company Secretary. In 2018, they became the Head of Private Clients Business Unit. The following year, they moved to ProCredit Bank Albania as the Head of Private Clients and Electronic Banking Department, where they were responsible for developing strategies and leading banking activities. In 2019, they joined OneFor as the Marketing Director, overseeing their mobile money applications and technical services.

Kaltrinë Matoshi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from UBT - University for Business and Technology, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. In 2016, they also attended ProCredit Academy Macedonia briefly to further their knowledge in the field of Banking and Humanities. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued additional education at ProCredit Academy Germany in the same field. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree from these two academies.
