The current leadership team at Oneglobal Broking has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. Richard Challoner is the Executive Director and he has experience as the Head of Agency at Miller Insurance Services LLP, as well as being the Commercial and Finance Director for Latin America and Canada at JLT Group. The CEO, Giulio Fabrizio, has experience as the Emerging Markets M&A Manager at RSA and FIG Investment Banking at BNP Paribas. He also is a partner at SSL Insurance Brokers Ltd. and was the Group Chief Executive Officer at SSL Endeavour. The Chair, John Taylor, has experience as the Chief Executive Officer at SSL Insurance Brokers and CEO at JLT Fac. He is also the Managing Director for the London Market and Rest of World Team at Willis Facultative /Faber Global. Lastly, the Head of Minerals & Metals and Power Generation Sectors, Simon Lee, rounds out the team with his experience at Benfield Corporate Risks and as the Head of Strategic Planning and Client Relationship Management at BMS Group.
