Arni Kujala

Arni Kujala has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting from 1995, they worked as a Project Manager and Researcher at Aalto University School of Science and Technology until 1999. Arni then joined Nokia, where they held various positions, including Senior Research Engineer, Technology Manager for Reliability & PCB Technologies, Technology Manager for Printed Circuit Board Technology Development, and Quality and Technology Manager, until 2007.

In 2007, they became the Director at Imbera Electronics until 2012. During that time, in 2009, they also served as the General Manager at Imbera Daeduck Co., Ltd. In 2012, Arni moved to Oberthur Technologies, where they worked as a Production Manager until 2014.

From 2014 to 2023, Arni worked at Roal Oy as the Head of Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for the technical and technological development of the manufacturing process, leading a team of 10 experts. As of 2023, they became the Head of Manufacturing at Onego Bio.

Arni Kujala pursued their education from 1993 to 1998 at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electronics Manufacturing Technology. In addition to their formal education, Arni also obtained a certification in Integrated Business Planning from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc. in February 2020.
