Minyoung Cha

Minyoung Cha currently serves as the Head of QA & RA at Onego Bio, starting January 2024, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance throughout product life cycles. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Albertsons Companies from October 2017 to December 2023, managing supplier audits and leading a team to achieve quality and food safety objectives. Minyoung also held the position of Corporate Quality Assurance Manager at Albertsons, focusing on vendor quality improvement and compliance. Previous roles include US Quality Assurance Manager at Valio, Quality Control Manager at RC Fine Foods, and Quality Control Manager at Old Fashioned Kitchen Inc. Minyoung Cha holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Pusan National University and a Certificate in International Hotel Management from the International College of Hotel Management.
