Anairis Perez

Anairis Perez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anairis was most recently employed as a Senior Director of Learning Experience Design at OneGoal, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Instructional Designer at DCU Federal Credit Union from 2022 to 2023. Their responsibilities included developing virtual learning strategies, designing courses, and utilizing learning technologies. From 2021 to 2022, Anairis served as an Operations Project Manager at Explore Schools, managing COVID compliance and student records. Before that, they worked as a K-5 Educator at Explore Schools from 2020 to 2021, and also as a K-6 Educator at Hollywood Academy of Arts and Science from 2018 to 2020. Anairis has international experience as well, having worked as an Auxiliar de Conversación Internacional at Ministerio de Educación de España from 2015 to 2018, supporting teachers and students in an ELL context. Anairis started their career as a Museum Educator at the Museum of Florida History | Knott House Museum from 2011 to 2015. Anairis also gained research experience as a Leadership Alliance Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012, focusing on multiculturalism in American art history.

Anairis Perez has a diverse education history. Anairis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from Florida State University, attending from 2010 to 2014. In 2017 to 2018, they completed a Teacher Ready program at the University of West Florida, earning a Certificate of Completion. Anairis then pursued a Masters of Science in Instructional Design and Technology at Fontbonne University, studying from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Anairis has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Learning Canvas certification through LinkedIn. Anairis continued to enhance their skills with certifications in Instructional Design, Coaching and Developing Employees, Remote Work Foundations, Foundations of Accessible Elearning, Design Thinking, Creating a Leadership Development Program, and Psychological Safety. These certifications were obtained from various LinkedIn institutions between 2021 and 2023.
