Andraya White is a Managing Director of Program Implementation & Partnerships with over 15 years of experience in education, counseling, and leadership. Andraya has a strong dedication to creating equitable opportunities for students and empowering school and district leaders, particularly in underserved communities. Previously, Andraya served as an Adult Education Instructor at Bluegrass Community and Technical College, a High School Teacher in Fayette County Public Schools, and a Lead School Counselor, significantly improving student outcomes. Andraya also taught graduate-level courses on trauma-informed practices at Concordia University and has led national initiatives at OneGoal to enhance postsecondary success across diverse districts. Andraya holds a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Kentucky.
