Cassandra Lo is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Manager of Analytics at OneGoal since September 2021, following a role as Coordinator of Analytics. Prior to OneGoal, Cassandra worked at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School from November 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included optimizing the Alumni Records request process and serving as a liaison between the organization and other institutions. As the Data in Education Success Project Leader, Cassandra tracked and analyzed student data, curated reports, and managed databases to enhance organizational capacity. Earlier experience includes an internship with the City of Hartford's Department of Development Services, focusing on research and report development. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2017.
