Cristina Groff

Cristina Groff has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Florida State University. Cristina has held various roles in education and human assets at organizations such as OneGoal, Teach For America, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools. In their most recent role at OneGoal, Cristina serves as the Managing Director of Human Assets, Learning + Culture. Prior to that, Cristina was a Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools and a Corps Member at Teach For America. Throughout their career, Cristina has been involved in training teachers, developing curriculum, and providing leadership in the education sector.
