Jenny Estevez-Cray

Jenny Estevez-Cray has a wealth of work experience in various roles and industries. Jenny began their career as a Global Data Intern at Bloomberg in 2006 and later worked as a Human Resources Generalist Intern at Lehman Brothers in 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Program Manager at Champion Learning Center before joining The Posse Foundation as a Program Coordinator from 2009 to 2011. Jenny then transitioned to KIPP NYC, where they held the positions of Recruitment Manager from 2011 to 2015 and After-School Program Director from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Jenny joined Coney Island Prep as an Alumni Relations Coordinator, where they stayed until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at OneGoal, starting as a Manager of School Partnerships before being promoted to Director of Partner Support in 2019 and then Director of Teacher Support in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Talent and Operations at OneGoal.

Jenny Estevez-Cray completed a Certificate of Completion in the College Advising Program at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Business Management degree in Leadership and Marketing from Babson College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, which they obtained from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
