Jonathan Cowan

Jonathan Cowan is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at OneGoal since March 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan held several key positions at the KIPP Foundation from October 2008 to July 2024, including Chief Research, Design, & Innovation Officer, and Chief Data & Technology Officer. Jonathan’s career began at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where from January 1993 to January 2008, roles included Partner and Managing Director, focusing on strategic guidance for senior executives in large organizations, as well as building the K-12 public education practice. Jonathan holds dual master's degrees, an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, both completed in 1999.
