Meredith Martindale has a diverse work experience in the education field. Their most recent role is as the Director of Curriculum Design at OneGoal, where they design curriculum and guidance for student and teacher support. Prior to that, they served as the English Department Chair and English Teacher at Wells Community Academy High School. Meredith also worked as a High School English Teacher at Acero Schools, an English Teacher (IB) and Drama Advisor at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School, and a Substitute Teacher at Quincy Public Schools. Meredith began their career as a Student Teacher at Quincy High School.

Meredith Martindale holds a Master's degree in High School English from Lesley University, which was obtained from 2013 to 2015.
