Youssef Awad has a strong background in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at OneHealth since July 2023. Youssef also fulfills roles such as Operation Team Lead and Customer Care Coordinator at AXA One Health, alongside working as a Customer Service Specialist at One Health by AXA since February 2023. Prior to these positions, Youssef gained valuable experience as a Senior Sales Agent at Etisalat Misr from January 2019 to February 2023. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Future University in Egypt, earned between September 2013 and June 2017.
