Rosabel Hill

Rosabel Hill's work experience begins with their role as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at UF Health Jacksonville from 1999 to 2005. Rosabel then joined Baptist Health as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse from 2002 to 2007. Rosabel then transitioned to become the Administrator/Director of Nursing at First Coast Care Home Health from 2007 to 2017. Following that, they worked as the Assistant Director of Nursing/Clinical Educator at Woodland Grove Health and Rehab Center from 2017 to 2018. Rosabel's most recent role is as the Branch Director at Encompass Health from 2018 to 2023. Rosabel is currently the Director of Clinical Compliance at onehome since 2022.

Rosabel Hill completed their education in a chronological order. Rosabel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Walden University, starting in 2014 and completing it in 2015. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they attended Jacksonville University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of North Florida, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.

In terms of certifications, Rosabel obtained the following: an edX Verified Certificate for Leading With Effective Communication (Inclusive Leadership Training) from edX in March 2022, a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn in November 2021, a Managing a Diverse Team certification from LinkedIn in November 2021, and a Becoming A Successful Leader (Inclusive Leadership Training) certification from Catalyst Inc. in 2021. Earlier in their career, they also obtained a Registered Nurse (Multi-State License) from the Florida State Board of Nursing in 1999 and completed Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) training from CPR Select in 1997.
