Ashley Lubus

Ashley Lubus has extensive experience in human resources. Ashley began their career as a Recruiting Admin Assistant at Wisconsin Hospitality Group in 2007 and later became a Human Resources Assistant. In 2009, they joined Wisconsin Hospitality Group, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist and Risk Admin. During their time there, they played a key role in managing the human resources functions for over 120 restaurants. In 2013, Lubus joined Blankstein Enterprises Inc as a Human Resources Manager and held this position until 2018. Currently, they serve as a Human Resources Generalist at Oneida ESC Group (OESC).

Ashley Lubus began their education at the University of Wisconsin- Waukesha in 2002, where they pursued an Associates of Arts and Sciences degree. Ashley successfully completed this program in 2005. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2008, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications.
