Phillip Watts has a vast experience in various companies. Phillip started their career at Hart Environmental Management as a Project Manager in 1984 and worked until 1987. In 1989, they joined AECOM as a Sr. Vice President and remained there until 2012. From 2012 to 2020, Phillip worked at OTIE (Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises) as a Senior Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development and Marketing at OESC (Oneida ESC Group) starting from October 2020.
