Linda Fogg has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Linda began their career in 1981 at the Oneida Healthcare Center, where they served as a Documentation Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the Corp Compliance Director. Their responsibilities included implementing computer systems, teaching staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Linda also served as a Registration Clerk, admitting patients and managing the main switchboard. In 1990, Linda transitioned to Oneida Healthcare, where they worked as an Office Manager, overseeing the operations of the front office and ensuring accurate information and insurance assignments.
Linda Fogg attended Vernon Verona Sherrill High School in Verona, NY from 1965 to 1971, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Linda also attended VVS Central School, though the start and end years, as well as their degree and field of study, are unknown.

Operated by Oneida Health Systems, Inc, a New York State not-for-profit corporation, the organization includes a 101-bed acute care hospital, emergency department, state of the art surgery center, 160-bed extended-care and short-term rehab facility, primary care offices, internal medicine, comprehensive lab services, home medical equipment, comprehensive imaging services, outpatient therapy, and care specialties in: oncology, neurology, podiatry, vascular, sleep, OB/GYN, orthopedics, wound care, GI, and ENT.
