William Stirling is an experienced operations and project management professional with a diverse background in financial planning and accounting. Currently at O'Neil since February 2013, William has successfully launched a secure print and fulfillment product line, overseen significant facility buildouts, directed capital equipment installations exceeding $30M, and implemented real-time KPI dashboards to enhance decision-making. Prior to this role, William held key positions at Chem-Pruf Door Co., Ltd., Unique Molded Products, the City of Brownsville, Texas, and Kelley Oil and Gas, developing financial controls and managing accounting functions. William holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
