Barry Mitchell has over 10 years of professional work experience. Barry is currently the Director of Operations Logistics at O'Neill & Brennan, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Barry served as the Head of Production at the same company from January 2021 to June 2022. In 2017, Barry pursued a Pearson EDEXCEL Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management at Pearson College London. Barry also achieved additional certification as an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) from CITB in October 2014 and obtained a CSCS Black Card also from CITB in December 2017.

Moving forward, Barry completed the NVQ Level 6 in Construction Operations Management from Pearson and obtained several certifications related to their field. These certifications include Fire Marshal Trained from City & Guilds in June 2016, Harness Awareness from O'Neill & Brennan Group in May 2016, Qualitative Face Fit Testing Trainer (3M Train the Trainer Certified) in April 2016, Hoist Trained from Sir Robert McAlpine in January 2016, Absestos Awareness from BAINBRIDGE ASBESTOS SERVICES LIMITED in October 2015, and First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in October 2015. Additionally, Barry completed Tower Crane Rescue at Height training from heightec in October 2016 and became AED Trained through Sir Robert McAlpine in February 2017. Lastly, they completed CCS Mental Health Awareness from the Considerate Constructors Scheme in June 2017.

Returning to formal education, in 2022, Barry pursued an NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Management at Pearson College London, specializing in Construction Management. Furthermore, in September 2022, they achieved recognition as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
