Currently serving as the Lead Structural Inspector at O'Neill Service Group since October 2012, Ethan S. specializes in quality assurance inspections of welds, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement in pontoons at the Tacoma precast yard. Prior to this role, Ethan S. worked as a Structural Inspector at Mid-Pacific Testing from April 2007 to October 2012, where responsibilities included inspecting and testing various construction materials. Ethan S. began a career in quality control as a Quality Control Foreman at Lockett Construction from April 2004 to April 2007, overseeing the framing of a large home development and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Ethan S. holds an Associate's degree from Centralia College.
