Justin A. Clements

Justin A. Clements is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project oversight. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at KBA, Inc. Construction Management since May 2022, Justin previously held the position of QA Inspector at O'Neill Service Group from January 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading quality assurance efforts on the SR520 Floating Bridge Project.
