Construction Management since May 2022, Justin previously held the position of QA Inspector at O'Neill Service Group from January 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading quality assurance efforts on the SR520 Floating Bridge Project. Prior to that role, Justin was a Project Manager at Kleinfielder Inc. from January 2007 to January 2011 and worked as a CMT Technician at Trigon Engineering Co. from June 2003 to June 2008. Educational background includes studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Wake Technical Community College.
