Noel Schaff is an experienced professional in the wine industry, currently serving as the Business to Business Sales Manager at O'Neill Vintners & Distillers since March 2023. Previously, Noel held roles including Customer Exclusive Winemaker at Foley Family Wines from August 2020 to March 2023, and Production Winemaker at Duckhorn Wine Company and WX Brands, where Noel focused on producing over 2 million cases annually. Additional experience includes Associate Winemaker at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards, where the emphasis was on wine quality and teamwork, and Assistant Winemaker at Hahn Family Wines, managing fermentations and cellar operations. Early career contributions were made as a Bartender at Joie de Vivre Hospitality and Sales Associate at Reservoir Wines and Spirits. Noel Schaff earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geoscience from Boston College in 2010.
