Vanesa Marinangeli holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and has extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at OneInfo Consulting since February 2018, Vanesa is responsible for the comprehensive management of the People area across Argentina, Chile, and Spain, focusing on enhancing employee experience and supporting personal and professional growth. Vanesa has also held key positions at Blue Star Group and McDonald's, where responsibilities included strategic human capital planning and project management for HR initiatives across Latin America.
