Rajesh Kashyap has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Rajesh began their career as an Intern Student at Hema Engineering Industries Limited in 2018, followed by an Internship Trainee position at JTEKT SONA AUTOMOTIVE INDIA LIMITED. In 2019, they worked as a Trainee at the Public Works Department (PWD) in Haryana and as a Summer Intern at Hema Engineering Industries Limited.

In 2020, Rajesh joined Magnum MI Steels as a Line Lead, where they oversaw the production department and ensured timely delivery of products. Rajesh also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd., where they inspected sheet metal components for Maruti Suzuki. Later that year, they became a Senior Business Development Associate at BYJU'S, driving K10 & K12 B2C sales and identifying new business opportunities.

In 2021, Rajesh joined Skill-Lync as a Cluster Manager, leading business development and lead generation efforts for the EdTech company, resulting in significant revenue growth. Currently, they are the Senior Team Lead at Novatr (previously Oneistox), overseeing the B2C sales team and utilizing their leadership skills and expertise in business development and lead generation to drive sales growth.

Rajesh Kashyap has a Master's certification in Business Analytics from Simplilearn Alumni. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, MDU. Rajesh'ssecondary education was completed at Central Board of Secondary Education, where they pursued a degree in Non-Medical.
