Shailja Singh

Shailja Singh started their work experience as an Operation Intern at airtel in 2019. Shailja then joined Classplus, where they held various roles including Sales Strategist, Sales Operations Manager, Deputy lead- onboarding Team, and Program Associate. In 2022, they joined Novatr (previously Oneistox) as a Customer Success Operations professional.

From 2018 to 2020, Shailja Singh attended ICFAI Business School, where they pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) with a specialization in Marketing and Operations.
