Monica Ayala

Monica Ayala is an experienced professional with a background in project management, team leadership, and family care coordination. Since July 2019, Monica has served as a Supervisor and Family Care Coordinator at OneLegacy. Prior experience includes roles as Forum Project Manager and Fundraising Project Manager with the CSU, Chico Project Management Group, as well as Team Lead at Follet Bookstore, where responsibilities included overseeing the General Merchandise Department. Additionally, Monica contributed to the CSU Chico Cross Cultural Leadership Center as a Paraprofessional, focusing on event planning and relationship management. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico, and also studied at Shanghai University.
